In this episode of the Life and Football Podcast our special guest was Kerwin McElvaney as known as (KJ). Kerwin Mcelvaney is currently a Defensive Back Coach at Carrollwood Day School. Coach Mcelvaney is from Louisville Kentucky. KJ attended Highschool away from home and played football at Milford Academy in New York. Coach Mcelvaney earned a BS degree in Criminal Justice and he has a Master Degree as well. During his College Football journey he attended Southern Illinois University and Southeastern University. This was a great interview, Coach Mcelvaney understands the chances of kids becoming an elite athlete are markedly influenced by where we are born and the opportunities provided for access to sport, a suitable level of competition, as well as training facilities and high-level coaching.
