Interview with Anthony (Nitro) Battles former James A Shanks HighSchool Running Back!

In this episode of the Life and Football Podcast our special guest is Coach Our Special Guest is Anthony (Nitro) Battles. Anthony Battles is a former Big Time athlete for James A Shanks HighSchool located in QuincyFlorida, where he graduated from in 2003. His senior year in high school he was one of the best athletes in the State of Florida making 1st All State Team Running Back and 1st Team All State Men’s Track Team. Starting from little league Anthony Battles was always one of the fastest players on what ever team he played on. As a running back Battles had great instincts, burst, elusiveness, pass catching, and getting yards skills. He also had great vision as a running back and kick returner. Now as a Husband and Father he is very eager to lead his kids to a successful life. This was a great interview, Battles understands the chances of kids becoming an elite athlete are markedly influenced by where we are born and the opportunities provided for access to sport, a suitable level of competition, as well as training facilities and high-level coaching. The Life and Football Podcast is available on the following platforms Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Anchor, Spotify, Breaker, Overcast Pocketcasts, Radio Public, Stitcher, Player FM, & YouTube!
