In this episode of the Life and Football Podcast our special guest was Osman Kamara. Osman Kamara is currently in the 5th Quarter program at West Virginia University where he also played Safety for the mountaineers. This was a great interview that will give any young player a positive look at Life and Football. Kamara has been a prime example of what a true team player is. Although he was a walk-on for the first portion of his career, he became an elite special teams player and safety for West Virginia, which paved way to earning a scholarship. Osman Kamara was also the 30th winner of the Tommy Nickolich Award, presented by the Blue & Gold News. Kamara, a native of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, carved a place for himself as a special teams stalwart for the Mountaineers. After redshirting during his freshman season of 2016, Kamara played in 37 games for WVU. Kamara has great leadership skills. He communicates very well in all settings, and he’s extremely intelligent. Osman Kamara has a bright future.
